Norton Community Hospital adds new OB/GYN to practice

NORTON, Va. – Dr. Roseann Freundel has joined Norton Community Hospital as an OB/GYN physician for its NorWise OB/GYN Community Physicians practice.
Freundel received her doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from West Virginia’s School of Osteopathic Medicine and recently finished her residency program at York Hospital in York, Pa. Before going to medical school, she worked 15 years as an RN in a variety of healthcare facilities in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
“We are pleased to welcome Dr. Freundel to NCH. In addition to her exceptional skills as an OB/GYN physician, she brings a wealth of experience in patient-centered care, gleamed from her previous career as a registered nurse,” said Craig James, CEO of NCH. Dr. Freundel is now accepting new patients at her office located on the NCH campus at Medical Arts building #3, suite 301. Her office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
